Our eye catching 'For Sale' sign can then be placed on your property & a detailed narrative of the property will also be written then placed both in our shop window & on our website within 72 hours!

Once online and viewable to millions of potential buyers your property will be marketed until sold. We market all properties using internet & newspaper marketing campaigns; your property will also be displayed to potential buyers in our Camposol (Mazarron) office window.

Our simple commission structure: 2.5% commission (sole agent) / 3% commission (multi-agent).

The best thing about this service is that you don't need any technical experience as we deal with this for you, all we ask is that you send us no more than 8 photographs, a brief description of your home, the price and your contact details - we do the rest - your home is then placed on our website within 48 hours, there is no commission to pay upon completion of sale - all we charge for is the advertisement cost of €300.00 until sold!

If you need us to take the photographs and prepare a detailed narrative of your home there will be a small charge on top of the advertisement fee, dependent upon location.

If you need to change your contact details, price or have made any amendments to your home just let us know and we will change these free of charge.
